Korean TERA Massive Updates Planned

Bluehole Studio unveils huge plans for 2011 and TERA.

The Korean version of TERA is getting a MASSIVE update soon, with the promise of at least three more updates to come this year. You can read the Google translated version of the updates, but you can check out some of the highlights after the jump.

The first update tentatively will include:

  • Character level cap raising from 50-58 (with the promise of level 60 in the future)
  • A new continent
  • Progressing the storyline further
  • Four new dungeons
  • Ability to change equipment appearance
  • Armor dyes and weapon glow effects
  • More consumables
  • New skills and customized skill linking
  • The Warrior class will now be able to specialize for either tanking or DPS
  • The Sorcerer has their AoE damage buffed

After this update, three more updates will come in quarter three and four of 2011 which might include:

  • Large scale PvE and PvP combat
  • Cross server PvP battles
  • Multiple new zones for both PvE and PvP
  • Enhance political powers
