According to both Gamasutra and Darth Hater, Electronic Arts CFO Eric Brown stated during a Lazard Capital Markets Technology & Media Day presentation that it is "reasonable to infer" that the launch of Star Wars: The Old Republic will not fall in the company's first fiscal quarter, which runs from April to June. Since the game is still scheduled to launch this year, this suggests that we won't be getting our hands on SW:TOR before July 1.

Gamasutra also noted Brown's comment that "over one million, closer to 1.5 million" people have signed up to be potential beta testers. Are you one of the 1.5 million?
