Aion players have had to deal with some server crashes this week, so NCsoft is compensating by resetting instance cooldowns and hosting a double exp event. The experience boost kicked off early this morning and will be in effect until the maintenance on Wednesday, Feb. 9.

Also, NCsoft will be distributing an in-game survey later today, Feb. 4, that contains a token of their appreciation. The survey will be available for a week.
