Hot Fix Note

Quick fix for the master level 1.7 encounter:

Hot Fix - 02/01/11

• The ML 1.7 encounter "Not My Circle" has been redesigned to be easier and less time consuming to obtain credit. The encounter is now on a respawn timer averaging 10 minutes and no longer requires players to stand on the pads to activate.
