Information on the next patch.

I doubt that we will be reposting everything that Absor is posting in the official forums, since you can just go there and read them easier and faster, but this one seemed pretty important: "Our next patch is planned for May 30th, probably some time in the wee morning hours here on the West Coast. The important part of the message is not that, though. It's this: Due to some of the things we are going to be doing, there is a small chance that some corpses might disappear during the patch. GMs will have the ability to verify any corpses that are lost. That means that they can help you get them back if you do indeed lose one. It also means that I should remind everyone that attempting to scam a GM about a lost corpse could mean banning. So please make certain that you have as many of your corpses cleaned up as possible before the next patch. We're not expecting a lot of corpses to disappear, but the fewer lying around, the less chance of them disappearing. Thanks."

Maybe this will sound strange but haven't you noticed that the best weapons that you can forge are just commons? I mean, if I'm going to put a lot of time, effort and (more important) pp's in honing this skill I should be able to make better weapons than just the "forged" ones. I don't want to make extremly good weapons, of course, the epics ones and the rare ones should stay like that. But I would like to make weapons a little better than 8dmg or 12dmg in the case of 2HS. Obviously their ingredients will be obscure, meaning that maybe we would have to scour the globe for them or use an extremely remote forge to combine them. But it will be worth it after all the time and money one has to give just to make banded armor. Do you agree?

Umm...I agree, but what does this have to do with the patch message????

I've read this same post (the patch message post from VI) in at least 3-4 other forums. NOWHERE has anyone said...Thank you VI! Sheesh, we always read about how VI screws up that and nerfs this, but no one ever appreciates the niceties.
