To kick off the new year, members of the ZAM staff share their gaming resolutions for 2011.

Now that 2011 has officially arrived, it's time to decide whether you're actually going to stick with your New Year's resolutions or forget about them for another year. Many of the staff members at ZAM tried to make their resolutions a little fun by focusing on their gaming goals for 2011. You can read them after the jump.

Cyliena, EverQuest II and Free Realms content manager: My gaming resolution is to steal cheese from all the ratongas out there... and to punt more gnomes.

Darqflame, customer relations manager: My resolution is to play more!

Instigator, senior Lord of the Rings Online and Star Wars Galaxies content manager: My resolution is to not let Facebook games take away a lot of my Lord of the Rings Online and Star Wars Galaxies gaming time.

Kaasha, senior Rift content manager: My gaming resolution is to become a DPS-Machine rogue in Rift.

Kaolian, senior forum administrator: My gaming resolution is to make sure I play more Ranger characters!

LockeColeMA, staff writer: I resolve not to get addicted to any one single game! I'd also like to upgrade my computer.

Looker, copy editor: My gaming resolution is to never make another resolution as long as I live.

Miric, TERA content manager: I resolve to play what I enjoy and enjoy what I play.

Pwyff, senior staff writer: I resolve to give more of my attention to the games that both deserve and need the eye of the media.

Reiyami, reporter: I want to cure my alt-itis and stick with one character!

Togikagi, editor-in-chief: I resolve to pick an MMO and stick with it this year instead of jumping from game to game.

Vlorsutes, Final Fantasy XI content manager: I resolve to continue playing the way that I do, to enjoy it with friends and play for the fun of it rather than simply for obtaining a virtual item.
