LotRO past and present players get head start

All past and present players of LotRO, and all beta participants, were notified via email Friday that they are welcome to login to the new content on Sept. 8 (or as soon as the maintenance downtime on the 7th concludes, we assume). Any interested in starting a new account for the newly Free-to-play game will have to wait two more days until Sept. 10th.

The new content includes:

  • Volume III Book 2: The Ride of the Grey Company
  • Enedwaith region
  • LotRO Store
  • Skirmishes now available at level 20 (was 30)
  • Mounts available at level 5 (was 20)
  • Maximum Shared Bank size increased to 50

i dont know if they are understaffed or what but it seems to take them quite a long time to update breaking news as was apparent when the phase 3 beta key contest was postponed..

Come on Zam, we need you guys to be on the edge. This is NOT new info and your LotROinterface site is lagging. Your admins should have had thins set to go the moment Turbine announced LUA going live. So far the community has no word from your AWAL admins.

Please get your assets set or miss the mark as I am sure Curse will sweep in and add a plugin DB to their monster site. Would rather have you guys, and I am not alone here.
