New Star Wars MMO for Kids

Star Wars: Clone Wars Adventures turns the excitement of the cartoon into an MMO.

Don't get this game confused with Star Wars: The Old Republic, because they are vastly different. While The Old Republic is an MMO on the grand scale of World of WarCraft or EverQuest, Star Wars: Clone Wars Adventures is a simple, streamlined MMO for kids (of any age). Clone Wars Adventures wraps Star Wars-themed mini games together with an MMO social structure allowing fans of the show can interact with each other.

Clone Wars Adventures is based on the popular Star Wars: Clone Wars cartoon and went into public beta last Friday. It's free to play, but six bucks a month will unlock new content. Players can also buy things within the universe via microtransactions with Sony's Station Cash. So, build yourself a lightsaber in preparation for its September 15th launch.
