It's been nearly ten months since the release of the Final Fantasy XI Ultimate Collection, a compilation of the original Final Fantasy XI game, the Rise of the Zilart, Chains of Promathia, Treasures of Aht Urhgan, and Wings of the Goddess expansions, and A Crystalline Prophecy, A Moogle Kupo d'Etat, and A Shantotto Ascension add-on scenarios. As a way of opening up the world of Vana'diel even more, Steam has announced an astounding sale on this collection, reducing the price to only $4.99 for this eight part bundle. Digital distribution running amok along the internet frontiers and they still sell ACP, moog, and shant for $10 each? This is why I don't like digital distribution. Not just for FFXI addons, but for games in general. Looking at you steam.
woah!

That means I could get all 3 add-ons for $5 haha
I think I'm gonna get it.
I'd like to get a key for Abbysea though, I don't really care about the other 3 add-ons, could I use the key and activate Abyssea instead?

I seriously can't believe how much money i've wasted on this game, it's almost an insult for them to sell it for five freakin bucks. Agh, w.e, really scrapin the bottom of the barrell for new players
Good deal

This sounds like a good deal, be a good way to see if I couldn't coax a few people I know at work to try it out. Games, expansions, everything for just 5 bucks. Tho I have a question... Do the mini expansions (Crystalline, Moogle, etc.) come with keys? If so I may just buy the pack myself just to get those expansions. From what I've heard the $9.99 SE charges for these things individually isn't worth the price.
