New Zones, new level cap, new instances, new pets and... TWITTER INTEGRATION!

That's right, Daevas! You've been begging for it for years (yes, before Aion was even released!), and now you've finally gotten it...

All jokes aside (but yes, Twitter integration is coming to Aion), the Aion Team has pulled together a fantastic new preview video of their upcoming expansion (after patch 1.9) to Aion, called "Assault on Balaurea." More importantly, the Aion team notes that while v1.9 focused on player suggested enhancements and fine-tuning adjustments, patch 2.0 (this expansion) will be adding a massive plethora of new features to Aion that will have players drooling puddles on the floor. In this new chapter of Aion, players will be launching their counter-attack against the Balaur by attacking the Balaur homeland, Balaurea (who makes these names?). Thus, coming with this expansion will be the new zone of Balaura, which includes brand new instances, new flight mechanics (windstreams!), an increased level cap and some awesome new Pets that actually have some neat functions, like storing inventory, crafting assistance or even by acting as mini-radars, constantly on the lookout for enemies.
