Throughout the Star Trek Online beta tests and launch, many players have been asking for one major feature: the ability to explore their ships. Executive Producer Craig Zinkievich told IncGamers this week that Cryptic would love to make this happen:

"Anything we can do to make the game feel even more like Star Trek is something we want to do. So, definitely, we want to give people more of their ship. This is one of those things we want to get perfect before introducing it to players, though. It's going to be an undertaking."

From Zinkievich's comment, it looks like we won't be running around the interior of our ships anytime soon. Still, it's nice to hear that Cryptic wants to eventually add this feature to the game. Which parts of your ship would you want to explore?
