This has been a big week for Aion. The game has had the biggest MMO launch of the year thanks to its nearly 450,000 pre-orders, and has now officially been released in North America, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and Europe. NCsoft has a lot to celebrate, and it looks like the parties are just getting started.

Beginning tomorrow, Sept. 26, and running through Oct. 9, more than 100 iGames LAN centers in North America are letting players try out Aion for free. The demo account will let you play for up to three days, five in-game hours or once you reach level 7, whichever comes first. Also, each location will give you one free hour of playtime in the store. If you've already purchased Aion, stop by your nearest participating LAN center to receive your free Aion Instant Potion Pack, which include 10 Lesser Secret Remedy of Mana and 10 Lesser Life Serum. Also, 25 LAN centers will be hosting Aion launch parties this weekend and next that will have food, drinks and prizes available to those who attend.
