Hot Time, Summer in the City

The Washington DC area is a funny place. We natives whine all winter long about being cold, but the instant the mercury creeps over, say, 70F, we slap the air conditioner on. What's this got to do with you? Everyone in DC is slamming their air conditioners this evening, and blackout season has begun. Our building has lost power. So, here's the customer service schedule:
Technical support is closing an hour and a half early, and will reopen tomorrow morning on time.
In-game support will be working from their alternate locations on a limited basis. (Edit 7:00 PM EDT - Back to full service levels)
The game itself is not affected, due to the servers being located in a special cavern under a mountain protected by vicious goblins, aka, not in our office building.
