Beta Info Announced; US Army Captain Put in Game

More news has surfaced on the Global Agenda closed beta testing through a blog entry written by Executive Producer Todd Harris for MMORPG.com. The team plans to have two major closed beta phases: the first one, which should begin this month, will introduce character progression, while the second will focus on alliance vs. alliance campaigns. According to Harris, these two tests will introduce many of the MMO features of the game, such as leveling and acquiring gear.

In a separate post today on the official Web site, the Hi-Rez team shows some videos and photos of U.S. Army Captain Chris Ficquette performing for the motion capture for three in-game emotes. Chris and his unit are soon shipping back to Afghanistan, and his wife had asked Hi-Rez if they could immortalize him in Global Agenda before he left.
