Fixes Include Change to Improve Server Stability

The newest batch of hot fixes have been posted on the War Herald. As far as fixes to content are concerned, the quest "Time to Waaagh!" and the public quests "The Enemy Within," "The Ebon Keep" and "The Shrine of Tethlis" have all received updates.

There have also been changes to realm vs. realm content. Here's one that may be of interest to players who have complaints regarding server stability: "In a further effort to improve server stability during Fortress raids, we have adjusted the population cap limits in a Fortress area when the campaign has advanced to the Fortresses. Population caps for both sides have both been slightly lowered, however the ratio of attackers to defenders remains similar."

Greetings!

While we're hard at work testing Game Update 1.3 on the Public Test Server, we still have many Hot Fixes coming your way. Here's today's round of Hot Fixes:

Quests

  • Time to Waaagh!: Players will now be given clear directions where to use the War Bellow in order to summon Wazgit.

Public Quests
  • The Enemy Within: Peasants will now more consistently be able to escape, which will resolve an issue that could in some cases stop the Public Quest from progressing properly.
  • The Ebon Keep: Fixed an issue that could allow Destruction realm players to attack the monsters in Stage 1 of this Empire Chapter 22 Public Quest.
  • The Shrine of Tethlis: Fixed an issue that was preventing all of the monsters from spawning, which in turn was preventing players from being able to advance the Public Quest to stage 2.

Realm vs. Realm
  • In a further effort to improve server stability during Fortress raids, we have adjusted the population cap limits in a Fortress area when the campaign has advanced to the Fortresses. Population caps for both sides have both been slightly lowered, however the ratio of attackers to defenders remains similar.
  • Guards have been added to the refugee camps in The Maw and Reikwald that spawn when the corresponding city becomes contested.
  • The outer door oil pad in Hatred’s Way Keep will now be able to be hit with ranged abilities from the ground.
  • Keep upgrade agents will now respawn after a server shut down, if the Keep is claimed.
  • Additional guards have been added to Mudja’s Warcamp in Thunder Mountain.
  • Fixed an issue that was causing the zone point exits from the Tier 2 Gates of Ekrund Scenario not to function.
