Rescheduled Noblegarden Event Begins TomorrowApr 25th, 2009 at 11:02 AM by Togikagi

The Noblegarden Easter event was originally supposed to be held on April 12, but it was delayed due to the addition of new content. Well, the festivities have been rescheduled and they start tomorrow! You have until May 3 to participate in the event, which includes new achievements and a new daily quest.

The egg hunt and daily quests begin in starting towns such as Goldshire, Razor Hill, Kharanos and Brill, so take the trek back to your roots and look for new treats and prizes found rarely in eggs. If you don't find the prizes you want, you can use the chocolate you discover as currency to buy the items from vendors.

I guess I am just lucky I got everything in 250 eggs and I bought the rabbit and spring robes

I hard more trouble finding female dwarfs haha

Purchasing the items won't get you the achievement as some of them say you have to get them from an egg in the achievements description - same as the candies for the Love Fool achievement.

The drop rate on all the items is fairly high, I got everything at least twice (except the pet - got that once but already had enough chocolates to buy it). The achievement and title '... the Noble' can be easily done in a day.

It may be all RNG for the items except the pet which isn't part of the meta itself, but it is needed for Spring Fling which is. The RNG is NOT a killer like it was during Love is in the Air. The most frustrating bit was finding a female dwarf or orc, and the fact if they have the buff already and you use your flowers on them you get a nice CD and NO credit towards the achievement! ><

edit: for those wondering about how to hide an egg here's how - gather 5 chocolates, find the vendor and buy an brightly coloured egg. Then go to the home city listed in the achievement and use the egg somewhere. You can also loot the egg for a chocolate or a chance at an item.

You have to actually loot the Tux pants for that achievement don't you? I know someone gave me the pants and it didn't update.

For that particular achievement, yes, but the meta-achievement of Noble Gardener (part of the "What a Long Strange Trip It's Been" Achievement) does not require you to get the achievements for looting the items.

The meta achievement "Noble Gardener" requires:
I Found One! - Finding a brightly colored egg
Hard Boiled - Laying an egg as a rabbit in Un'Goro Crater
Noble Garden - Hiding a brightly colored egg in Stormwind
Desert Rose - Using the robes you can purchase or pull from eggs to plant flowers in desert locations
Chocoholic - Eating 25 and then 100 Noblegarden Chocolates
Spring Fling - Helping your pet bunny (purchased or found in eggs) to find love in 4 towns
Shake Your Bunny-Maker - using the bouquet of flowers (purchased or found in eggs) to place bunny ears on a female of each race
Blushing Bride - while wearing the Tux shirt and pants (purchased or found in eggs) kiss a player wearing an elegant dress (also purchased or found in eggs)

Noblegarden achievements not required for the meta achievement Noble Gardener:
Dressed for the Occasion - loot an Elegant Dress from a brightly colored egg
Sunday's Finest - loot the Tuxedo pants and shirt from brightly colored eggs

You don't have to get randomly dropped items to get the meta, you can just purchase them.

400+ eggs and...

3 Tux pants
2 Tux shirts
4 Wands
3 Robes
2 Pets
0 Flowers
0 Elegant Dress

It'll suck if I don't get the achievement for pulling the dress from the egg, but at least I can buy the dress and get the achievement for the meta.
