If I understood all of that right, they are basically saying that they cannot be held accountable for anything, they are the only ones who have any rights whatsoever, and that should there be any lawsuits against them, that those filing said suits shall have to pay for all legal fees of all parties involved... if that is true blizz, kiss my ***, because that so far as I am aware is considered unconstitutional, and therefore not enforceable.
