In his resignation letter he listed a several reasons for his departure, one of which being that "For the last two months, probably longer, I've been putting in 10 to 15 hours a week doing TL things, which granted is more than what some other TLs put in - I'm just a busy body I guess. Playing time is on top of that. That's been time taken away from my family, and that needs to change." Currently the scout team leader spot is vacant, though the search is on for a new one, if you are interested in giving the position a try check out this thread over on CritShot.
