E3: GameBanshee ToA Report

GameBanshee.com posted a 5 page report covering some of the games that were being shown at last weeks E3 gaming conference that was held out in Los Angles, CA. In their report one of the games they touch on is Mythic's DAoC expansion Trials of Atlantis, where they comment on the look of the expansion with the new NetImmerse engine along with touching on some of the new content that will be introduced as well. Below is a snipped from their report, to read the rest of their comments on ToA click here, or here if you want to read the report in it's entirety.
Although many areas in Trials of Atlantis will require some old fashioned hack n' slash, Mythic is incorporating some new ideas that will put players' minds to the test. They have developed an entirely new language that players must decipher in order to solve particular riddles in the game and figure out exactly what happened to Altantis. For example, during the demonstration I was shown a ruined temple with several tablets full of this new runic language. This new element should add even more depth to the ongoing storyline in Dark Age of Camelot.
