The answer to the first one is exactly as Thehivetyran said. You will be able to 'respec your face' if you have a CE key.

For the second point, I'm pretty sure you won't be able to activate all the bonuses on a single account, you'll need to choose between the e-merchant and the retail option but I will try and double check this for you.

Finally, well we don't pick the dates for Gamesday, that's GW's choice and we couldn't very well not be at the biggest GW event in the world. If it helps any, I share your pain as I'd really like to be playing on the first day of headstart too. Sadly it won't be possible to connect to the headstart servers from the event, we use a special client that connects to an events server which is completely separate to the Headstart servers. T-shirts are a distinct possibility however - make sure you come and see us early in the day before they've all gone.

So there you have it!  Mythic has decided that those of us who will take part in Head Start this Sunday can change our faces once our CE keys are entered and the game has launched!
