Wonderland Online will be opening a new European server, Virgo, on August 26th. As can happen with international games, confusion can occur over what is available to who. To help avoid this confusion, an FAQ regarding the new server has been released.
Q: Is the European game edition the same with the US one?
A: Yes. Our aim of releasing a European Server is to relieve the network delay when European players play the game. We will add a new option of European Server into the servers list. Thus, players can choose a server according to their needs.
Q: If I am American, can I log into the European Server?
A: We welcome players throughout the world to play Wonderland Online. All players are able to choose any server without any limitation. American players can choose an European Server and European players can choose an US server. However, we suggest that players choose the server which is close to their country avoiding the network delay.
Q: If I choose the European Server, does my former character in the US Server still exist?
A: Certainly. When you log into the US server again, you can use your former character.
Q: Can I transfer my character in the US Server to the European Server?
A: Currently, we don't provide this service. If you want to play in the European Server, you should create a new character and play the game from the beginning.
Q: If I play in the European Server, are my Mall points in the US Server still available?
A: Your Mall points are connected with your IGG account. As long as you play the game with the same account, your points are available, no matter which server you are in.
