Today in WoW was all about getting my minning skill to 125. I found out the hard way that you can go flat broke if you buy your ore on the AH. However, their is a nice little cave in the wetlands that is full of lvl 20-22 spiders that spawns a bunch of one time mine Incendicite Mineral Veins, a few Tin Veins and the rare Silver vein just outside of the entrance to the cave.

Although the Incendicite ore only has the sole purpose of being collected for a quest, it still gives you a mining skill up. After reaching a skill of 130 or so, head to Arathi Highlands just north for some good Iron Veins. Just be careful traveling on the main road for their is a traveling mob of elites looking for fresh meat! Happy Mining! :)
