Need help creating a guild pleaseFollow

I just want to get a guild started. I don't need people staying in it but just those to help get it started since it says you have to have a full group. If you want I can pay you a few plat each or if you prefer I can pay in food/drinks made for you in return for your help. This is for the Oasis server and my character is Merryweather. I'd appreciate the help a great deal. I've tried asking in game off and on but never seem to get the help that way. Thanks.
