HELP Please, I have Reward Screens stuck Follow

I now have three characters with Rewards Screens that I am unable to activate the select button to recieve the rewards, Two are Berserkers, the other a Guardian, the Berserkers are both in Greaterfadark while the guardian is in Butcherblock mounatains at the docks, they all are on different servers, and have nice weapons they are suppose to recieve but the screen select button will not activate and the screen will not clear off my screen either. I have continued playing one of the chartacters by moving the reward screen up off the screen but find that the character recieves no futher rewards with this screen stuck like it is, What can I do? I can't get any help from the makers of the game. Is anyone else having these problems, I worried that all my other characters are going to end up this way, I'm thinking about cancelling my account because of this.

Is your inventory full or is something in overflow? It's possible that could be preventing it.
