Anyone else having problems logging onFollow

The last couple of days have been an adventure with Everquest. First my computer totally locked up wile my characters were in the guild lobby and I was out shopping (3-31-2021). By locked up I mean I got no response from keyboard or mouse, no start menu, no task manager, I could not shut down until I turned the modem and router off (both on same power strip). I filed a report on the Everquest website but have not herd back. I got an email form EQ, confirming my report, in my outlook but could / cannot open it, outlook locks up then too, same thing, have to turn off cable to act. If I try to log on to EQ the computer locks until I turn off the cable. The longer I am locked up the worse it gets. Today (4-1-2021) I can log on and get into the guild lobby for a few minutes but am suddenly disconnected with no warning. I was also disconnected while in the character select screen.
Is anyone else having problems also?

turned out to be a hard drive. got a solid state one and never ran better.
