Description

Speak with Heizo above the shop where you can find Laisrean. He asks you to bring him 10 rusty leggings, one at a time. Go fish them out or buy them at the AH in Norg and feed him 8, then 2. (He keeps good track)

After giving him all of them he'll reward you with Dokumori: Ichi, the ninja poison spell.
