Spawns in room right near quest mob Plann. Room has three fixxed swinetors plus one roamer swinetor summoner and one zombie that roams tunel near both rooms.
spawns from the 2 summoner mobs at his mapfiend location.. in 8 hours .. got 3 augs and 1 belt .. maybe belt is rare..I dunno.

Opposite results for me. I got 3 belts before getting the aug. I got it in 1 day though, so can't complain.
Besides wrists, I also got Embellished Chest and Helm.
