Will Alvarik know if you are the class you say you are? ...Can my mage reasearch other class spells if I tell him I am a wizzard...etc?
His response is something like, "Do you take me for a fool? Be gone from my sight as you disgust me." Something like that, that is, if you try to get another classes research book. *Sigh I guess I'll just stick to researching my own enchanter spells. Was hoping to be able to do all, well, all purecaster anyway.

No you can not research another can not research another classes spells. He will only give you the book for your class.
