Well, I accidentally killed this quest NPC by hitting the wrong hotkey. *cough* Wish I knew how long his respawn rate is. In recent years, it's been impossible to kill or even attack a quest NPC.

I just did the same. Oops! We shall see. For the record, there are no faction hits for killing him.

And he respawns right about the same time that his corpse disappears, so roughly 8 minutes.
