I'm pretty sure these guys are on Brood faction. You'll need to kill a lot of iksar exiles (and other non-Cabilis iksar) to get this faction.

Does anyone know what faction these guys are on? Agnostic Troll Warrior now (due to quests) indifferent or ally with whole town STILL KOS to these 2 guys out front of the necro tower
