He is actually almost directly North of the Bandit camp up the hill. Loc 652.39+ 523.41+ and -215.50

Found Lupot Nukla in Fungus Grove at location
pos 638.62, pos 520.47, neg 219.72. This is roughly NE of the big lake where bandit camps are located.

I'm looking for him (Lupot Nukla) now. No luck as of yet. It appears he/she is not in the buildings near ZI. If i get lucky, I'll be sure to come back with a Loc.
