He pop at different level. I know at elast of 2, near 1st priestress (2nd level of tower) or in the litograpoher room , his PH is near a levi PH in a corner in front of the ramp up (the levi PH is the statoc brute in the middle in front of the ramp up) , donald ph is in the small corner on his right....
As other named here if he is up somewhere no way you can pop him anywhere else so get a tracker ;)
