Go up the ramp directly behind Nuetta and to the round gazebo surrounded by pet cages.

When he becomes attackable, run around the gazebo and open all the pet cages to swarm and overpower him. Now just help them kill him. If you are a pet-user be sure to heal your pet as you run from cage to cage!
