Use this to instantly access, from anywhere, the portal system in Brevane and Dusken. This cannot be used to travel to any portal in Mathosia.

NOTE: Use of this item does not also start the reuse timer for Soul Recall but the reverse is not true. Using Soul Recall makes BOTH unavailable.
