Talk with Blir in Reshanta at Primum Wharf once you have reached at least Level 25. Description Level 25 Gems From the Vortex Extract Greater Aether gems from a Shining Vortex and take them to Blir Greater Aether Gem (5) Basic Reward XP † Abyss Points 10,300  Lesser Raging Wind Scroll (3) (PW/AA)
