You know something as a whm we don't ask for money, most of us would teleport for free, but if you go any of the major city, and you just watch, you will see that people shouting for teleport with rewards, but yet you some of you want to call us whores for taking money, which is just bull and unfair. if your whm at this level there possibility you are broke cause you just spent all of your money buying spells, seeker gear, other things that you need. Further more, if we wanted to charge for something it would be for a raise, cause either pay us or a long walk back from hp, which hey you might need a port to get where you where
I don't really ask for money for the teles that I have(only dem at the moment), but if they are giving shouts for a reward somewhere, I'd take them for the money. If I'm in a town and doing a tele because I need to go there, I'm willing to take someone along for free. Don't forget though, some of our spells can get to be pretty expensive, was planning to buy stoneskin the other day(was selling for 16k that I don't really have to be tossing around like that yet). And considering most parties aren't really interested in going to the dangerous areas so we can do a quest, or try to kill mobs with spells(couldn't get any parties to take the mage goblins in Valkurm for my WHM/BLM), we have to try and solo our way through these quests and mobs at lower lvls so we can be useful to parties.
Ok i would like to say your comment about whm being money grabers.I am not one of those whm and i am sure there are others like me i never charge for teles i make my gil from minnging and quests and other things so i see no need to charge for tele.I think its unfair whm get a hard enough time in this game without being called money grabers too.Please dont tar us all with the same brush.

I think that whm should be recieve a little gil for there time, its only fair; thats time they could be spending "mining" or "questing." However the outlandish 10k i saw for a basic tele after the warp taru got 5 fingered, thats a little ubsurred.

Finally LV 72 BLM i can teleport with my whm subbed! /cheer now i don't have to pay those pocket robbing whm's anymore >.>

For the record I'm a whitemage at level 38, and I'm broke, but I still don't charge for teleports and I only accept anything from anyone if they really want to give it to me, so I find that offensive...Just a thought:(

ive done windhurst mission for bastor sardines 15 times and about 15 other missions in windy, definetly at least 30 total missions complete but still cant get the mission, do you have to be a resident of windhurst to get this mission or do i need to just keep on keepin on?
Just keep doing the quest. it is long but easy to do with blm just give her the fish warp and keep doing it.

Hi, this is just a note for those WHM/BLMs out there that did the Aspir quest in Windy, like I did. Since I already had worked on my fame for Aspir, getting enough fame to get the Tele-Mea took only 32 coronettes. That was less than half an hour's worth of work.
Getting the scroll, however, is another story (one that's unfinished at this point. *sigh*).

if it is 30 fame that is needed, how do you check how much you already have? I have done about 50 repeatabl quests, and 13 other ones... please help./
i did the bastore sardine quest over and over to get lv 7 fame in windy that gave me enough fame for Fenrir, Aspir, and Mea

What's the Mea Gate Crystal and where do I get it?
is the fame needed for this windurst fame or sandoria fame. I only wonder (and hope) because it is an elvaan friar who gives the quest. would make sense to me

The quest for teleport-mea requires Windurst Fame and can be gotten from the frair on the 2nd floor of the Apolstary (quite parellel to the Bastok Dem quest). It requires travel to the Eldieme Necropolis to find a Brazier to use the incense on to bring rest to the souls of the Revnants. If the experiment works all the revnants in Eldieme would disapeer, which tells me that it is doomed to failure. You do get your scroll though when you go back to frair he'll give you a letter. Unfortunatley the entrance into the Necropolis that you might have to go to is located from reentering Battalia Downs through Beaudicine glacier!
It is most probably Windurst fame, because the teleport-holla and teleport-dem quests are found in the cities closest to those crags and that city's fame is needed for those quests.

Question... how the hell did you get to norg w/o getting a choco license at some point? Just get a choco in norg and ride back to Khazam.......

Now if you are not lvl 25 WHM you will need silent oils and the other stuff for invisi/sneak. when you get into the grotto, to get to Norg, just hug the right wall all the way. Make sure you have oils and such though.

You can't ride chocobos into Sea Serpents Grotto; its a dungeon. Chocobos aren't rented in Norg for that reason.

yeah its called Teleport-Mea
a guy told me you can get the quest for the scroll from "Gantineux" a friar in the 2nd floor of the Rarab Hostelry in Windurst Waters.
You need aprox 30 fame i think, thats what im working on atm.

Isn't the proper name of this spell "Teleport MEA" as opposed to Mia?
