Talk with Iandeus in Eltnen at Mystic Spring once you have reached at least Level 20. Description Level 22 A Germ of Hope Sow the seeds in the Fertile Soil and observe the results. Talk to Iandeus. Iandeus wants to test his improved seeds by sowing them in the fertile soil patches in the forest. Basic Reward XP †
