It's time to celebrate the Heroes' Festival! In commemoration of five years since the Refuge Islands first began collection those lost in the turbulent oceans of Norrath, I have been asked to place Ro Candles throughout the city.

A Green Sparkle

1. The locations within South Qeynos and North Qeynos where I am to set off Ro Candle fireworks have been marked by Gandy Gearlotta with a green sparkle.
• Set off a Ro Candle somewhere along the row of shops leading to the Elddar Grove in North Qeynos ( 391, -20, -225 ) Copy or ( 294, -19, -116 ) Copy
• Set off a Ro Candle somewhere on the stairs leading to Qeynos Palace in North Qeynos ( 391, -17, -30 ) Copy or ( 477, 4, -25 ) Copy
• Set off a Ro Candle somewhere along Erollisi Lane in South Qeynos ( 607, -12, 143 ) Copy
• Set off a Ro Candle somewhere along Lucie Street in South Qeynos ( 668, -19, 220 ) Copy
2. Return to Gandy Gearlotta near the Claymore Plaza in North Qeynos.
