Blackwing Descent, announced at Blizzcon 2009, is a new raid instance that will be available to players in the upper 80s with the release of the Cataclysm expansion. The entrance to this instance is close to the throne for Nefarian's in Blackwing Lair and players will be able to get to it by flying to the throne.
