WOW Quest:Basic Chemistry (13279)  

The cauldrons are in the Mord'rethar vault (entrance at 63, 62). One player throws the fluid into the cauldron, then periodically the cauldron will put out emotes telling you to add more fluid. The quest item has a 90 second cooldown on it, so at least two players will be needed to alternate their fluids.
