Recommended Method

1. Raise your shields - 3 stacks.
2. Talk to opponent.
3. Start attacking him with thrust.
4. Once he rides away, do shield breaker and then follow him.
• Do not let him to do ranged attacks.
5. At least once per minute (or more often) renew your sheild timer.
6. Repeat 3-5 until you win.
