WOW Quest:A Blade Fit For A Champion (13783)  

To complete this quest, go to Ashwood Lake in the Grizzly Hills. It's east of Ashwood Post and south of Camp Oneqwah. Use the lip balm and /kiss a Lake Frog along the lake's north shore. You'll need to reapply the Warts-B-Gone Lip Balm after each kiss. Eventually, one of the frogs will turn into the Maiden of Ashwood Lake. Talk to her to obtain the sword and complete the quest.
