Viktor Riese is an emissary of the |Order of the Griffon who has been sent to |Nordland with a stern mandate: train and arm those willing to defend |The Empire, and compel those who would turn tail and flee to join the fight, by any means necessary. He operates out of |Grimmenhagen, a small village just a short ride from |Neues Emskrank, where he is preparing the townsfolk to join battle against the forces of the |Raven Host.
