Viktor Riese is an emissary of the Order of the Griffon who has been sent to Nordland with a stern mandate: train and arm those willing to defend the Empire, and compel those who would turn tail and flee to join the fight, by any means necessary. He operates out of Grimmenhagen Village, a small village just a short ride from Neues Emskrank, where he is preparing the townsfolk to join battle against the forces of the Raven Host.
