	To Start: Speak to Halloween Harry in Sanctuary. Halloween Harry says,"Happy Halloween! Kek kek! Have you ever trick-or-treated before? Some people pass out candy, but you may have to scare some folks in order to earn it. Have a ghoulish time! " Halloween Harry has invited you to trick-or-treat around Sanctuary! Get in costume and travel around town collecting candy from those in costume! This is a Minigame quest. This quest is repeatable.

This quest can only be repeated once per day.

Tips

You can scare someone with the Scare emote via the emote tool, or by typing /scare in your chat console.

You are looking for NPCs with a god beam around them and a pumpkin over their head. You talk to the appropriate NPCs and then you can /scare them (stand relatively close). After you see them jump in surprise, you can speak to the NPC again to receive your candy. The NPCs are random and can be any from the lists below.
