	To Start: Speak to Halloween Harry in Sanctuary. Halloween Harry says,"I'll have to keep a close eye on Greyli. He swears that there are ghosts in Sanctuary. Kek kek! At least we got the candy back. The kids around town will be happy. In the spirit of Halloween, can you deliver the candy to them? " Halloween Harry has asked you to return the bags of candy to the kids of Sanctuary. This is an Errand quest.
