EQ Mob:a tainted egg  

Tainted eggs spawn at random intervals throughout Vishimtar's cavern during the encounter with Vishimtar the Fallen.

They can only be damaged by 1-hand blunt weapons. Smash them fast or you will be dealing with several corrupted drakelings.
