EQ Mob:a tainted egg  

Tainted eggs spawn at random intervals throughout Vishimtar's cavern during the encounter with Vishimtar the Fallen.

They can be damaged by any weapon but blunt weapons do much increased dmg. Smash them fast or you will be dealing with several corrupted drakelings.
