EQ2 Quest:Trail of Feathers  

The "feathers" (reddish-purple shinies) lead up the beach and up the climbable wall. Examine the last feather and you get ambushed by a single encounter of 2 Kragplooms and 2 Haoaerans, all level 21vv. Kill them and return to Researcher Bredik.
