From the GU55 patch notes:Guard Daarwyn has moved to the Butcherblock Docks. Grorowyn Writ NPC, Ankinil Zo'Ri, has been moved to the Highland Outpost.

Guard Daarwyn instructs you to kill 8 aqua goblin runts.
